Life Membership
An Application Fee of $20 and Life Membership Fee of $150 (Total $170) must accompany the application. Fees may be paid by check (payable to The Warren Cousins) or by clicking the DONATE button on the homepage to pay electronically.
Associate Life Membership (Descent from Richard Warren not required)
If you would like to become an Associate Life Member (non voting) an application fee of $20 and Associate Life Membership Fee of $150 (Total $170) must accompany the application. Fees may be paid by check (payable to The Warren Cousins) or or by clicking the DONATE button on the homepage to pay electronically.

Please Note – If you have been approved for membership in the General Society of Mayflower Descendants through a Warren line, a copy of your approved lineage paper should be substituted for the line of descent form.
Upon approval of the information submitted, a worksheet will be sent to the applicant for proof of the line of descent, unless the applicant is submitting an approved Mayflower Society lineage paper. If the line of descent cannot be verified, the $150 Life Membership Fee will be returned to the applicant. The Application Fee is not refundable.
